This is Samuel Luescher's personal website. Sam is 27, from Switzerland, studies Visual Communication and is now back to Basel after a semester in New York City and recently completed his studies in Visual Communication with the diploma. For the time being he is living in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Another interesting Friday morning. We began with line drawing, using black ink and all sorts of twigs and brushes. I'm posting today's last little piece, where we had to draw the sitting model, but as a negative. Funny.

My drawing class is all about light right now. We are not allowed to draw lines, since our teacher wants us to understand the logic of light («Light is logical because it has a source, people!») before we begin with abstraction. Check out some homework, the first three letters of the deaf alphabet.
